TL;DR

Location: Hybrid working model in Belgium

What you will do

  • Perform Digital Workplace support activities.
  • Manage user interactions via phone, ticketing portal, chat, and messaging.
  • Provide user guidance and support regarding services, software, and applications.
  • Follow-up on incidents and user requests.

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of IT support experience, including 1st Line duties.
  • Solid knowledge of network setup, protocols, and antivirus management.
  • Proficiency in backup/restore procedures, patching, and software deployment.
  • Understanding of printing/scanning systems and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French (minimum B2 level).

Nice to have

  • At least one relevant certification (e.g., MCSA Windows 10, Microsoft 365 Certified, Google IT Support, MOS, or equivalent).
