What you will do

• Manage and process claims from initial report to final resolution.
• Assess claim validity based on specific policy conditions.
• Communicate effectively with customers via email and phone.
• Calculate settlements and coordinate claim payments.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Requirements

• English proficiency (written and verbal) required.
• Fluency in at least one other European language (French, Dutch, German, or other).
• Bachelor’s degree in translation, law, business administration, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work from Brussels.
• Self-motivated, curious, and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn.

• Previous internship or professional experience in administration, legal, or insurance sectors.
