What you will do
- Handle customer requests via chat, email, and phone in English.
- Provide expert consultations regarding Edge Network products and services.
- Conduct technical diagnostics to resolve issues and escalate to higher support levels when necessary.
- Address complex technical problems while minimizing impact on customer business operations.
- Identify trends in technical issues to suggest improvements and prevent reoccurrences.
- Share knowledge and expertise with team members to enhance support capabilities.
Requirements
- 1+ year of Technical Support experience
- English level B2 or higher
- Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, and traceroute
- Hands-on experience with Linux and API
- Experience with CDN and monitoring tools like Grafana or Kibana
- Must be available for night shifts (7:00pm to 7:00am, 2/2 schedule)
