Location: Hybrid working in The Hague, Netherlands
Salary: €6,378 – €8,504 gross per month (for 36 hours a week)

What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal customers within the Group IT Infrastructure domain.
- Bridge the gap between internal clients and engineering teams to drive the adoption of infrastructure services.
- Gather customer feedback and act as the internal voice of the customer to drive service and product improvements.
- Build trusted advisor relationships and chair customer boards regarding performance, priorities, and improvements.
- Organize and prepare high-level meetings for C-level stakeholders.
- Initiate change initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience and internal ways of working.
Requirements
- University-level of thinking with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure (non-hands-on).
- Experience in customer-facing or commercial roles such as customer success, account management, or consultative selling.
- Ability to steer group discussions, read social dynamics, and navigate complex corporate environments.
- Confidence to balance empathy with strategic direction, particularly when managing resistance to standardization.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to define your own approach to customer success.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in The Hague, Netherlands.
