What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of approximately 6 employees.
• Manage daily treasury operations, including cash management and short-term forecasting.
• Oversee smooth and scalable e-payment operations within a high-volume B2C environment.
• Strengthen compliance and risk management while ensuring operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Tech/IT teams to drive hands-on improvements of processes and systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Treasury and/or e-payment operations, preferably in fast-paced environments.
• Proven leadership experience with a "lead by example" mindset.
• Solid expertise in cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting.
• Experience working with ERP and payment systems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
