What you will do

• Act as a functional lead and subject matter expert, coaching colleagues and ensuring compliance with SOX controls and accounting policies.
• Resolve complex invoice and payment issues in coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely payments.
• Perform and oversee reconciliations of assigned accounts and intercompany balances, resolving discrepancies.
• Coordinate month-end closing activities and provide detailed financial reporting to stakeholders.
• Lead process redesign, documentation, and automation initiatives to identify root causes of errors and drive structural improvements.
• Manage issue resolution and request fulfillment using ServiceNow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• 6+ years of experience in a financial Accounts Payable environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for operation in an international environment.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• In-depth knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to manage tight periodic deadlines and peak workloads.

Nice to have

• Professional certification in finance or accounting.
• Experience with invoice scanning/automation tools such as Basware.
• Experience working within a multinational environment.
