Location: Must be based in London, UK. This is a hybrid role requiring office attendance at least 25% of the time.

Salary: £180,000 - £225,000 GBP (OTE)

What you will do

• Design and deliver customer-specific enablement programs, including workshops, labs, and curricula for engineering and data teams.
• Drive deep adoption of proprietary Claude capabilities tailored to customer workflows like CI/CD, IDE integration, and agentic pipelines.
• Partner with Sales and Applied AI teams to support strategic pilots and ensure seamless post-sale engagement.
• Build production-quality demo apps, reference architectures, and technical content to showcase product capabilities.
• Represent Anthropic at customer events, hackathons, and internal summits as a trusted technical voice.
• Gather field feedback to influence product development and contribute to internal enablement playbooks.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architecture, sales engineering, or developer relations.
• Proven ability to hold a room of engineers and deliver technical talks or workshops.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and a deep enthusiasm for responsible AI usage.
• Strong written and visual communication skills for creating tutorials, decks, and technical documentation.
• Experience supporting technical evaluations or pilots in an enterprise setting.
• Willingness to travel regularly for on-site enablement, pilots, and customer events.
