Salary: zł348,000 - zł478,500

What you will do
- Govern enterprise architecture standards and enforce governance across the GCM IT domain.
- Lead strategic GCM IT initiatives and shape overall solution designs.
- Design the integration architecture strategy and scalable data ecosystems.
- Develop multi-year enterprise architecture and business capability roadmaps.
- Research emerging technologies to integrate new capabilities into the architecture.
- Mentor Solution Architects and technical teams on architecture best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of IT experience, with 3–5 years in architecture leadership roles.
- Extensive experience in Enterprise & Solution Architecture within life sciences (Commercial & Medical domains).
- Deep knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and data architecture.
- Proficiency in formal architecture frameworks and modeling techniques.
- Holder of a work permit and residency in Poland
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (MS, MBA).
- Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
- Experience in Agile software development, particularly SAFe.
