General Surgery Territory Manager (Medtech): Driving direct hospital sales and building relationships with surgeons for general surgery products with an accent on KOL management and sales planning. Focus on developing new prospects, implementing sales targets, and providing expert product support in university and general hospitals.

Location: Must be based in Seoul, South Korea (Onsite/Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Drive direct hospital sales and maintain positive business relationships to ensure future growth.
  • Develop new prospects and manage existing customers within assigned districts.
  • Forecast and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans to achieve profit targets.
  • Identify and develop strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Coordinate sales meetings and product training sessions to build product demand.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to capitalize on business opportunities.

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably majoring in a bio-health area.
  • 2-10 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, ideally with medical devices.
  • Sales experience in surgical specialties such as GS, GYN, URO, or TS.
  • Proven track record in KOL and channel management.
  • Experience working with university and general hospitals.
  • English: Good communication skills required.
