What you will do
- Provide application and functional support services to clients on the QAD platform.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements.
- Perform analysis and troubleshooting, offering guidance on best practices.
- Develop technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and how-to guides.
- Conduct root cause analysis to address and prevent recurring system issues.
- Collaborate with senior consultants and managers to ensure organizational success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of application support for QAD ERP or comparable systems (SAP, Oracle, MS D365, Pronto, NetSuite).
- Experience in the manufacturing sector, specifically supporting modules for production orders, BoM, and routing.
- Based in or able to work from Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, or Adelaide.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
