What you will do

• Provide expert SAP FICO functional support across AMS engagements, including incident management, problem resolution, and change requests.
• Engage with customers to understand, triage, and resolve support queries.
• Configure, test, and document solutions in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend lasting improvements to support processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to meet SLAs and quality standards.
• Prepare reporting on support activities, ticket status, and resolution progress.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience in a functional consulting or functional architect capacity.
• Strong experience in AMS and operational support environments; primarily project-based experience is not suitable.
• Proficiency in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud, including configuration and troubleshooting across core FICO modules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing work.
• Experience producing support documentation and meaningful operational reporting.
• Eligibility to work in Australia without sponsorship is required.
