TL;DR

ServiceNow Solution Architect (ServiceNow): Leading end-to-end platform architecture and technical delivery for enterprise clients with an accent on cross-functional workflow design and security. Focus on translating complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions while acting as a trusted technical advisor.

Location: Must be based in Australia (Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Perth).

What you will do

  • Act as the technical design authority for ServiceNow implementations, owning end-to-end architecture and platform security.
  • Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead requirements and co-design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Balance architecture leadership with hands-on delivery to ensure practical, high-quality outcomes.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution designs, technical proposals, and customer presentations.
  • Mentor consultants and developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements

  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is mandatory.
  • Strong experience in an architect or lead technical role within a customer-facing consulting environment.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, data modeling, and security.
  • Ability to balance high-level architectural thinking with hands-on implementation.
  • Existing security clearance (Baseline or NV1) is highly desirable.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ServiceNow NowCreate methodology.
  • Domain expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM), Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS), or Core Business Suite (CBS).
  • Exposure to government or highly regulated environments.
