Location: Quezon City, Philippines. Must have experience working in a Manila-based BPO or Shared Services.

What you will do

• Support the BES Support team with weekly, monthly, and annual financial deliverables.
• Perform general ledger detailed variance analysis and payroll data reconciliation to update forecasts.
• Prepare annual budgets and generate monthly financial reports for internal customers.
• Run Oracle subledger reports to assist the Finance team during month-end closing.
• Research and analyze plan variances by reviewing invoices and journal entries.
• Document processes and recommend flow improvements to ensure compliance with company guidelines.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 1+ years of work experience with evidence of increasing responsibility and scope.
• Previous experience in a Manila-based BPO or Shared Services as a staff, business, or senior financial analyst.
• Knowledge of variance analysis, data mining, and month-end close procedures.
• Firm understanding of CAPEX versus OPEX.
• Advanced Excel skills (vlookup, hlookup, if/nesting statements, pivot tables) for transforming large datasets.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Oracle and Hyperion systems.
