TL;DR

Technical Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Acting as a trusted technical partner for strategic customers to ensure long-term security and platform success with an accent on proactive issue resolution and strategic planning. Focus on bridging the gap between customer needs and internal product teams while managing complex technical escalations from the SOC to the C-suite.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Australia or Singapore)

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technical contact and expert for strategic customers to ensure their success.
  • Perform periodic health checks, conduct product training, and share best practices with executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with Product Leadership to advocate for customer must-have features and resolve impacting issues.
  • Research complex technical issues and develop actionable recommendations and resolution plans.
  • Drive high-level escalations and lead cross-functional groups to achieve timely resolution.
  • Develop internal knowledge content and systems to capture new learnings for reuse across the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Must be based in Australia or Singapore.
  • Experience with all supported operating systems and network infrastructure.
  • Working knowledge of Security Operations Center (SOC) environments.
  • Industry-recognized security certifications are preferred.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting effectively with both technical teams and the C-suite.
