What you will do

• Facilitate the implementation of scalable and practical security controls across local, regional, and platform environments.
• Embed security into engineering and operational workflows to reduce overall organizational risk.
• Lead focus areas in Product Security, DevSecOps enablement, and IAM & Data Security.
• Develop and implement AI Security practices and governance.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure audit and compliance requirements are met through well-designed controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in Security Engineering, Application Security, Cloud Security, or DevSecOps.
• Strong proficiency with AWS/GCP, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, and container security.
• Deep understanding of OWASP, secure architecture, and security tools (SAST, DAST, CSPM, SIEM).
• Must be based in Singapore to support the hybrid work format.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, Security+, AWS Security Specialty, or GCP Security Engineer.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, fintech, or high-scale consumer technology platforms.
• Exposure to Kubernetes, microservices, and software supply chain security.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM security and AI-enabled engineering workflows.
• Scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or Terraform.
