What you will do

• Manage end-to-end adoption and defensive outcomes for a portfolio of critical-infrastructure entities.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering to implement agentic CTI/IR workflows for operational capability.
• Convert threat activity findings into prioritized, plain-language guidance for operational teams.
• Build durable partnerships with fusion centers, sector ISACs, CISA, and law enforcement.
• Identify sector patterns to influence product and program strategy within the Threat Intelligence team.
• Define engagement playbooks, success metrics, and onboarding standards to scale the program.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in public sector security, critical-infrastructure defense, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Deep credibility and sector authority within a focus area of critical infrastructure.
• Fluency in CTI (Cyber Threat Intelligence) and the ability to translate it into tactical plans.
• Must be based in the US with ability to maintain overlap with US business hours.
• Ability to travel 25–40% for onsite meetings and CTI/CI conferences.
• Applied AI fluency to accelerate repeatable workflows and solve complex problems.

Nice to have

• Former security or operations leadership experience in hospitals, utilities, or government sectors.
• Active relationships with CISA regional advisors, fusion centers, or relevant law enforcement.
• Familiarity with ransomware tradecraft and cryptocurrency/payment tracing.
• Experience with OT/ICS (Operational Technology/Industrial Control Systems).
• Experience operating in fast-moving, ambiguous, standing-start environments.
