What you will do

• Support revenue teams with commercial negotiations through deal reviews and financial modeling.
• Provide detailed financial analysis and insights into performance, profitability, and strategic planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Legal teams to ensure alignment.
• Develop and maintain tools to track revenue and profitability performance against expectations.
• Identify key trends, risks, and growth opportunities to guide leadership decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada or the United States.
• 5–6 years of post-professional qualification (CPA or equivalent) experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Business Analytics.
• Proven ability to build complex financial models such as pricing simulations and investment proposals.
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence Sales leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI and LLMs in a professional setting.
• Familiarity with data tools like Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite.
• Google Sheets proficiency.
