What you will do

• Produce and manage engaging content across the intranet, newsletters, email, and presentations.
• Plan, script, film, and edit compelling video content to bring company initiatives to life.
• Partner with leaders and teams to surface organizational stories and ensure consistency in tone and visual identity.
• Collaborate with the People & Communication team to connect and inspire employees across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience in internal communications, content creation, media, journalism, or agency environments.
• Technical skills in video production (filming and editing) and basic graphic design.
• Proficiency with CMS/intranet platforms and design tools such as Canva or Adobe.
• Strong English writing and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English.
• Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
