What you will do
- Deliver against TCVPOM, Mobile Adds (NA), and revenue targets while maintaining pipeline coverage.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive acquisition, retention, and growth outcomes.
- Strengthen governance across focus accounts to ensure structured execution and accountability.
- Identify, prioritize, and progress major pursuit opportunities with executive engagement.
- Maintain forecast accuracy, CRM data quality, and compliance completion across requirements.
- Drive recognition and engagement to support customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relationship sales experience in IT/Telecommunications, with a proven track record of long-term partnerships and strategic account growth.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans aligned to customer and organizational objectives.
- Leadership experience across direct and matrixed teams, driving alignment, collaboration, and performance outcomes.
- Strong network within the NSW ICT community to create opportunities and strengthen market presence.
- Ability to deliver consistent sales growth through acquisition strategies and expanding market share.
- Experience building and sustaining customer loyalty in relationship-led environments.
