What you will do

• Lead cross-functional reviews of technology tools to define pricing, business models, and product characteristics.
• Manage the end-to-end product data lifecycle from onboarding to syndication across quote-to-cash systems.
• Oversee PIM system processes to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce, SAP, and finance reporting systems.
• Define and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality, stewardship, and reduction of redundancy.
• Identify and implement automation possibilities within product information systems to meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Finance on product integration for new technology and M&A advancements.

Requirements

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in product information management and data modeling.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or technical product management within a technology organization.
• Deep understanding of PIM software (e.g., Pimcore, Informatica, Talend, SAP MDG/MDM) and SQL.
• Expertise in Excel and the ability to analyze large datasets using AI tools to resolve quality issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or engineering.
• Must be based in San Jose, CA
