What you will do

• Manage brand rules and voice configurations within the technology merchandising platform to ensure consistent automated outputs.
• Own end-to-end product cataloging, including building and enriching listings with accurate attributes, imagery, and metadata.
• Monitor AI merchandising trends and competitor experiences to inform platform strategy and rule-set updates.
• Use analytics and reporting dashboards to evaluate content performance and optimize merchandising outcomes.
• Collaborate with UX and development teams to implement data-driven navigation and taxonomy improvements.
• Audit website outputs and refine platform inputs to ensure high conversion and SEO goals are met.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an ecommerce or retail setting.
• Experience working with AI tools, content management systems (CMS), or merchandising platforms.
• Strong copywriting and editorial skills to critically evaluate AI-generated content.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Cincinnati (Over-the-Rhine).
