What you will do

• Develop and execute long-term strategies for advanced manufacturing processes to support EV production.
• Direct cross-functional teams in the design, commissioning, and ramp-up of manufacturing systems for batteries and drivetrains.
• Identify and integrate state-of-the-art equipment, robotics, and smart systems into production lines.
• Define and enforce quality standards including ISO/TS 16949 and IATF 16949.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Drive data-driven decision-making using advanced analytics and process monitoring tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).
• 8-10+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering with a strong background in battery production.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale manufacturing projects from concept to full-scale production.
• In-depth knowledge of EV-specific processes including battery assembly and thermal management.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM, simulation software, MES, and ERP systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
