Assistant Property Manager

Location: Must be based in Silver Spring, MD (100% in-office)

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 USD

What you will do

• Respond to tenant needs and ensure prompt resolution of building issues.
• Review and approve vendor invoices in compliance with management agreements.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and budget packages for clients.
• Manage data collection for operating expense reconciliations.
• Coordinate lease administration activities and tenant move-in/move-out processes.
• Support procurement activities and participate in property inspections.

Requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-2 years of related experience.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of financial terms, principles, and basic financial analysis.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Role is 100% in-office; remote work is not an option.
