What you will do

• Conduct periodic property visits and inspections to ensure building systems are functional and well-maintained.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants and vendors while ensuring lease agreement compliance.
• Oversee construction projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor actual expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
• Assist the leasing team during negotiations regarding tenant improvements and costing.
• Review and approve operating expenses and assist in CAM reconciliation and collection.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of broad-based commercial property management experience.
• Strong understanding of contracts, leases, and leasing objectives.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholder management.
