Salary: $153,300 – $211,200 USD (based on location)

What you will do

  • Run vendor onboarding, intake triage, and PO creation while coordinating with finance, legal, and IT.
  • Manage the full procure-to-pay cycle, ensuring data quality and PO accuracy.
  • Design and scale fast-buy processes, including catalogs and self-service paths.
  • Lead contract redlining for SOWs and Order Forms.
  • Re-architect procurement workflows by deploying AI agents and automation to replace manual tasks.
  • Build reusable tools, templates, and playbooks to raise operational quality across the company.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, finance operations, or business operations.
  • Strong cross-functional operator with the ability to navigate complex domains and ambiguity.
  • Experience with procurement, financial, and legal systems such as Zip, Coupa, Workday, or Ironclad.
  • Proven track record of building reusable tools or workflows that others have adopted.
  • Ability to direct AI tools to produce high-quality work and define trustworthy outputs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for diverse stakeholders.
