What you will do

• Scale document ingestion and processing growing at 10x every 6 months.
• Design large-scale data collection across 50+ legal jurisdictions.
• Build security capabilities for government and enterprise customers.
• Lead projects that bring AI into web, desktop, mobile, Google Docs, MS Word, and API experiences.
• Develop AI-platform and AI-native features such as agentic orchestration layers, tool calls, and retrieval systems.
• Ship full-stack solutions using React and TypeScript on the frontend and Python and Postgres on the backend.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a product-focused full-stack software engineering role.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, and CSS (TailwindCSS).
• Experience with Python and Postgres (or closely related backend technologies).
• Proven track record building fast-growing SaaS products and shipping highly intuitive products.
• Ability to build scalable, extensible solutions across the stack supporting multiple product lines.
• Strong programming skills and solid general Computer Science knowledge.
