What you will do

• Design and build compelling product experiences for Arize Phoenix across UI-driven and programmatic workflows.
• Create interactive visualizations for embeddings, traces, and agent/tool workflows.
• Develop reusable components and templates for the design system from concept to production.
• Build Agent Experience (AX) primitives, including interaction contracts and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Prototype new AI features for visualizing performance and surfacing anomalies in multi-step agent systems.
• Collaborate with AI teams to define patterns for human-AI agent interaction.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong frontend engineering skills with React and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and developer experience.
• Experience with prototyping and iterating toward high-quality UI.
• Curiosity about AI systems, agents, evaluations, and observability.
