• Establish an enterprise-wide vision and strategy for data integration, storage, and management.
• Create and lead a systems integration team to automate enterprise applications across HR, Finance, and Operations.
• Mature and evolve technology servicing (ITSM) capabilities via a distributed service-desk and production operations team.
• Adopt and implement ITIL, Agile, and Kanban methodologies to deliver continuous, iterative value.
• Rationalize redundant tool investments and define cost reduction strategies.
• Implement modern data tools and document processes to support the execution of product features.

• Extensive background working with diverse technologies and data management systems.
• Expertise in delivery and maturity methodologies.
