• Lead multidisciplinary teams of strategists, architects, engineers, and analysts.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale data transformation or AI programs.
• Strong consulting background with experience in complex client environments.
• Deep understanding of cloud data ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, or Fabric.
• Hands-on technical credibility across data engineering, analytics, AI, or architecture disciplines.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience engaging senior leadership.
