What you will do

• Provide customer service to borrowers by explaining loan programs, costs, and applicable loan documents.
• Review and audit mortgage files, including income/assets and credit documentation, to support loan stability.
• Review mortgage loan disclosure packages and deliver rate disclosure and re-disclosure materials to borrowers.
• Manage a pipeline across Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203k, Jumbo, and reverse mortgage products.
• Ensure the loan structure best fits the borrower’s financial circumstances and that required documentation is complete for approval.
• Pre-underwrite items (e.g., paystubs, credit reports, W-2s, bank statements, court orders) and input feeds to present and set up loans for borrower needs.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the USA
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent education/experience.
• 3–5 years of residential mortgage processing experience.
• Experience with Encompass LOS (preferred).
• Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage/consumer regulations.
• Knowledge of DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows; strong math/analytics and communication skills.
