Salary: $110,000 - $160,000

What you will do

• Provide direct floor support for radar assembly, integration, and testing.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and RF integration issues in real time.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for build escapes.
• Develop and refine work instructions, assembly flows, and standard work documentation.
• Design and improve fixtures, tooling, and test interfaces to enhance throughput.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with quality, design, and supply chain teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–7+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, or complex electromechanical production.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain DoD clearance.
• Hands-on experience with production floor operations and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated experience implementing DFMA principles and manufacturing documentation.
• Working knowledge of GD&T, 8D/RCCA methodologies, and engineering schematics.

Nice to have

• Experience with radar systems, RF hardware, or PCBA integration.
• Familiarity with SOLIDWORKS, MES, PLM, or ERP systems.
• Experience operating in low-rate initial production (LRIP) environments.
• IPC certification exposure.
