What you will do

• Perform build, installation, diagnostics, and maintenance of automated aviation systems and line replaceable units.
• Execute aircraft modifications, including fabrication and installation of proprietary hardware.
• Conduct routine and non-routine inspections to ensure aircraft safety and operational availability.
• Maintain detailed records of all installations, maintenance, and modifications.
• Partner with engineers to evaluate designs for cost, producibility, and conformance to requirements.
• Manage operational processes including tool control, FOD, and ESD protocols.

Requirements

• Current FAA-issued Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license required.
• 3+ years of small aircraft maintenance experience.
• Experience with turbine-engine aircraft.
• Must be a U.S. person or able to comply with U.S. export control laws.
• Must be willing to travel 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cessna 208B Grand Caravan.
• Working knowledge of 14 CFR Part 43 and Part 145.
• Experience fabricating and modifying wire harnesses and aerospace connectors.
• Private or commercial pilot ratings.
• Maintenance and rigging experience on P&W PT6A engines.
