What you will do

• Partner with clients and internal teams to deliver successful implementation and onboarding projects.
• Configure and maintain ticketing products, including event setup, access control, and payment integrations.
• Facilitate operational initiatives such as season renewals, pre-sales, and playoffs for sports and entertainment events.
• Provide consultative guidance on product capabilities and operational best practices.
• Conduct regular client check-ins to identify business needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2+ years of experience in ticketing operations, client services, or professional services.
• Experience with technology platforms, software configuration, or project-based work.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to balance short-term project delivery with ongoing operational responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and event operations.
