What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with basketball coaches, athletic directors, and commissioners.
- Demonstrate product workflows and educate customers on maximizing the value of the Pro Suite.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure high satisfaction and successful annual renewals.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling additional services.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to manage territory goals and client engagement.
- Provide support for product issues and advise on best practices for elite basketball workflows.
Requirements
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Lincoln or Omaha, NE.
- Ability to work from the Lincoln office three days per week.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a technology company.
- Deep expertise in βs Pro Suite for basketball and elite basketball workflows.
- Experience working with NCAA DI or professional basketball coaches.
- Strong communication and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities.
Nice to have
- Previous experience as an Account Executive or CSM.
- Background in coaching or athletics.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with support, product, and operations teams.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
