What you will do

• Own the DevOps roadmap, focusing on CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and environment management to improve engineering velocity.
• Lead and mentor the DevOps team while partnering with Engineering, SRE, and Product teams to remove bottlenecks.
• Drive resilient multi-cloud practices across AWS and GCP using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Kubernetes.
• Implement AI-powered DevOps tools to optimize deployment, monitoring, and incident response processes.
• Establish governance, security, and compliance standards for AI-enabled infrastructure.
• Manage capacity planning and cloud cost optimization as the platform scales.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 6+ years of experience leading DevOps, cloud operations, or platform engineering teams.
• Strong background operating large-scale SaaS platforms on AWS/GCP and Kubernetes.
• Practical experience with IaC (Terraform/Ansible), scripting (Python/Go), and observability platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering tools for code generation and operational support.
• Proven ability to drive adoption of AI technologies to improve team productivity.
