What you will do

• Design and implement security solutions across the SDLC with a focus on automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Proactively identify and remediate vulnerabilities including OWASP Top 10 threats.
• Develop security monitoring and alerting solutions to detect and respond to incidents in real-time.
• Enforce secure coding standards and mentor development teams on DevSecOps principles.
• Lead compliance efforts for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
• Champion security best practices across engineering, DevOps, and SRE teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom
• 5+ years of experience in DevSecOps or Security Engineering with a focus on cloud security.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services including IAM and container orchestration.
• 2+ years of experience securing Kubernetes clusters and deployments.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, Java) and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
• Deep understanding of SAST, DAST, and API security testing tools.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, CISSP, or CEH.
• Experience with AI-driven security tools for anomaly detection.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust principles.
• Experience securing PHP or JS applications.
• Background in the telecommunications industry or eSIM technologies.
