What you will do

  • Audit current mid-market AI experiences to identify gaps and prioritize a backlog of improvements.
  • Define how mid-market experiences diverge from platform defaults using customer-backed evidence.
  • Represent mid-market needs in cross-functional platform conversations.
  • Design for extensibility and scale across the full AI experience, thinking in systems rather than individual screens.
  • Distill complex AI workflows and technical concepts into clear, hirify.globalive user experiences.
  • Mentor designers and advocate for high-quality design standards across the team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on product design experience in enterprise or platform products.
  • Proven track record in deeply technical or AI-native problem spaces.
  • Experience owning experience strategy for a product segment or surface area.
  • Strong foundation in design principles, systems thinking, and customer research methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Product Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
  • Portfolio showcasing experience ownership, systems thinking, and enterprise complexity.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with AI-powered design and prototyping tools such as Claude or Cursor.
