What you will do

• Design end-to-end user experiences, owning customer journeys, interaction design, and visual design from concept to implementation.
• Translate product strategy and customer insights into intuitive interaction models, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with UXR, PMs, and engineers throughout the discovery, synthesis, and iteration process.
• Contribute to shared UX patterns and design system components to ensure consistency and craft.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate exploration and responsibly personalize user experiences.
• Present and defend design decisions by articulating their connection to user needs and product goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional product design experience or equivalent skills.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with a high level of polish and craft.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Strong product thinking and ability to connect design decisions to business outcomes.
• Experience treating inclusive design and accessibility as fundamental requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams with a proactive and accountable mindset.
