Location: Must be based in Canada (Toronto, Calgary, or Vancouver)
Compensation: $120,800 – $151,000 annually + 14% target incentives

What you will do
- Design and deliver identity management and workplace security solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Serve as the technical authority for security engagements, including upgrades, migrations, and policy development.
- Provide technical expertise on cloud security solutions such as M365 Defender, Defender for Cloud, and Sentinel.
- Mentor and develop consultants and engineers on technical and soft skills.
- Facilitate technical workshops and advise clients on complex solution deployments.
- Support internal teams at trade shows and events as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada with the ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- 8+ years of experience in a client-facing professional services role or 10+ years of senior industry experience.
- Strong technical understanding of identity management and workplace security.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications, specifically Microsoft Certified Security Operations Analyst Associate and Security Administrator Associate.
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
