Solution Architect (DLP)

TL;DR

Solution Architect (DLP): Driving technical presales and solution design for hirify.global’s data security platform with an accent on DLP and DSPM integration. Focus on architecting scalable security solutions, leading proof-of-value engagements, and acting as a technical advisor for enterprise customers across the EMEA region.

Location: Must be based in or able to work within the EMEA region (London office available for hybrid work).

What you will do

• Lead technical presales efforts, including product demonstrations and end-to-end proof-of-value projects.
• Design customized security solutions that align with customer business goals and platform capabilities.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Bridge the gap between customer requirements and product strategy by collaborating with engineering and product management.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars to build brand reputation.
• Provide post-sales support to ensure successful implementation and long-term customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering or solution architecture role.
• Deep expertise in DLP, DSPM, and data security governance.
• Proven experience with multi-vendor security solutions and cloud architectures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, security operations, and cloud platforms like AWS, Google, and Microsoft 365.
• Must be willing and able to travel for customer engagements and industry events.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working in early-stage startup environments.
• Experience with XDR, EDR, and MDR product suites.
