What you will do

• Architect and present complex Digital Workspace solutions integrating cloud, security, and hardware.
• Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, and technical assessments to define business objectives.
• Support pre-sales activities including proposal development, RFP responses, and proof-of-concept environments.
• Partner with Sales and Product teams to identify upselling opportunities and develop technical strategies.
• Provide technical leadership during implementation and deployment projects.
• Create technical enablement resources and demonstrations to showcase solution value.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Cloud Architecture, or Technical Presales.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and Teams.
• Strong consultative selling skills with experience in executive-level presentations.
• Understanding of Zero Trust security, identity governance, and modern workplace solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and generative AI solutions.
• Relevant certifications such as MS-102, MD-102, SC-100, SC-300, or SC-401.
• Additional certifications in Citrix, Cisco, Omnissa, Jamf, or Apple technologies.
