Director of Recruitment (Commercial Real Estate): Designing and scaling a national agent recruitment engine for a hospitality investment sales brokerage with an accent on building high-performing pipelines and training infrastructure. Focus on establishing recruitment systems, managing full-cycle hiring for brokerage talent, and developing onboarding programs to accelerate agent productivity.

Location: Phoenix preferred (hybrid); open to remote within the U.S. only. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation: $95,000–$130,000 base salary + performance bonus/commission eligibility.

What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts to attract top-tier commercial real estate brokerage talent.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies and talent-mapping initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline using Salesforce and other recruiting tools.
  • Own the development and delivery of internal onboarding and sales training programs.
  • Partner with leadership to align hiring objectives with market expansion plans.
  • Track performance metrics to ensure recruitment and training effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting within commercial real estate.
  • Proven track record of building scalable recruiting infrastructure and pipelines.
  • Experience delivering onboarding and training programs for new employees.
  • Strong research, sourcing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% if working remotely.

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting for hospitality investment sales brokerage.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce.
  • Understanding of commercial real estate compensation structures and industry terminology.
