Compensation: $95,000–$130,000 base salary + performance bonus/commission eligibility.

What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts to attract top-tier commercial real estate brokerage talent.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies and talent-mapping initiatives.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline using Salesforce and other recruiting tools.
- Own the development and delivery of internal onboarding and sales training programs.
- Partner with leadership to align hiring objectives with market expansion plans.
- Track performance metrics to ensure recruitment and training effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting within commercial real estate.
- Proven track record of building scalable recruiting infrastructure and pipelines.
- Experience delivering onboarding and training programs for new employees.
- Strong research, sourcing, and relationship-building skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to travel up to 15% if working remotely.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting for hospitality investment sales brokerage.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce.
- Understanding of commercial real estate compensation structures and industry terminology.
