TL;DR
Enterprise Solutions Engineer (Microsoft Dynamics 365): Serving as the technical backbone for the Enterprise Sales team by delivering tailored product demonstrations and managing the technical sales cycle. Focus on translating complex Microsoft ecosystem capabilities into compelling business value for membership associations and nonprofits.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Austin, TX (Hybrid). Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

What you will do
- Partner with Enterprise Sales Executives to plan and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
- Apply value-based storytelling to establish Protech as the optimal solution for customer challenges.
- Respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and support scoping and pricing of implementation engagements.
- Navigate and overcome technical objections throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with Implementation partners to ensure clear documentation and seamless handoffs.
- Maintain and update demo environments with the latest Microsoft and Protech product updates.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Hands-on technical knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, API integrations).
- Experience working with membership associations or nonprofit organizations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex software simply.
- Experience responding to RFPs and gathering technical documentation.
- Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
Nice to have
- Demonstrated use of AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
- Experience with RFP automation or knowledge management tooling.
