What you will do

• Develop and execute customer marketing campaigns across the entire lifecycle.
• Create engagement programs to increase product adoption and customer value.
• Design referral programs and drive customer advocacy initiatives like reviews on G2 and Trustpilot.
• Partner with Account Management and Customer Experience teams to support upsell and cross-sell goals.
• Build and manage targeted customer communication journeys using HubSpot.
• Coordinate customer webinars, community initiatives, and regional events.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (C1+) and English.
• Proven experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or B2B campaign management.
• Strong proficiency in HubSpot, including workflows, segmentation, and reporting.
• Ability to work with customer engagement and commercial performance data.
• Experience collaborating with Customer Success or Account Management teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office (hybrid).
