TL;DR

Client Marketer (Retail): Developing and executing end-to-end tactical loyalty campaigns for global grocery retailers with an accent on storytelling, consumer insights, and 360° activation. Focus on translating retail trends into compelling campaign narratives, collaborating with creative agencies, and driving commercial growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Den Bosch, Netherlands (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Lead loyalty campaigns from initial client pitch to full 360° execution.
  • Create clear, compelling narratives and strategic campaign concepts.
  • Translate consumer insights and retail trends into sharp strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to deliver high-quality assets.
  • Partner with Sales teams to strengthen client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Build full-funnel activation plans across all key marketing channels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in marketing.
  • Proven track record in integrated campaigns, media channels, and marketing briefs.
  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking with advanced storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, or Copilot.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from our office in Den Bosch.

Nice to have

  • Experience in FMCG, food retail, or agency environments.
  • Comfortable working in an international, cross-cultural team environment.
