Salary: $91,000 – $145,600 USD

What you will do
- Serve as the central coordination point for regulatory examinations and internal audit engagements.
- Manage the intake, distribution, and submission of regulatory requests and audit deliverables.
- Oversee FCRM issues management by promoting concise documentation and well-structured action plans.
- Develop and maintain AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC programs, policies, and specialized training.
- Conduct periodic and event-driven customer reviews to assess financial crime risks.
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, and oversight functions to strengthen governance and readiness.
Requirements
- Must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future need for sponsorship.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of professional experience in a complex field.
- Strong expertise in Issues Management, Risk Management, and Audit processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to senior stakeholders and influence alignment.
