What you will do

• Serve as the central coordination point for regulatory examinations and internal audit engagements.
• Manage the intake, distribution, and submission of regulatory requests and audit deliverables.
• Oversee FCRM issues management by promoting concise documentation and well-structured action plans.
• Develop and maintain AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC programs, policies, and specialized training.
• Conduct periodic and event-driven customer reviews to assess financial crime risks.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, and oversight functions to strengthen governance and readiness.

Requirements

• Must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future need for sponsorship.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of professional experience in a complex field.
• Strong expertise in Issues Management, Risk Management, and Audit processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to senior stakeholders and influence alignment.
