What you will do

• Provide essential risk management and control to preserve and enhance firm assets and reputation.
• Manage risk functions spanning the entire trade lifecycle, including regulatory obligations and payment controls.
• Oversee exceptions workflows and ledger reconciliations.
• Partner with technology teams to design, build, and operate controls in an STP environment.
• Implement control frameworks for new business activities and strategic architecture migrations.
• Foster cross-functional relationships with trading desks, operations, legal, and compliance departments.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field with 1 year of experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience.
• Experience with risk frameworks, regulatory obligations, payment controls, and ledger reconciliation.
• Deep understanding of the trade booking lifecycle including execution, clearing, settlement, and position management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
• Proven experience working in a Straight-through Processing (STP) environment.
