Salary: $164,000 - $213,000 Annual

What you will do
- Develop and execute Medical Affairs plans to ensure program strategy is reflected and critical launch milestones are met.
- Provide strategic medical and scientific input to clinical, operations, HEOR, and commercial partners.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with external experts to inform strategy and gather disease-state insights.
- Shape publication priorities and evolve evidence generation plans in alignment with the Program First strategy.
- Collaborate on the review of scientific communication materials and develop internal training for compliant exchange.
- Partner with Finance and Regional teams to plan and manage annual budgets for medical activities.
Requirements
- MD, PharmD, or PhD degree.
- 3+ years of experience in Medical Affairs.
- Proven understanding of launch planning.
- Ability to operate effectively within a matrix organization and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 15%).
- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills (written and verbal).
Nice to have
- Previous experience and strong knowledge in pulmonary indications.
- Experience with pulmonary hypertension and/or ILD/IPF/PPF.
