Salary: $97,839 - $128,933

What you will do

• Facilitate SAFe Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, and Daily Scrum.
• Support the development and maintenance of the Contractor Project Management Plan (CPMP).
• Coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams including architecture, engineering, and security.
• Prepare and deliver weekly progress reports and milestone tracking for federal stakeholders.
• Manage program forecasts and facilitate monthly reviews with leadership.
• Assist with staffing and ad hoc data collection requests within government timelines.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident living in the U.S. for at least 3 years.
• Must hold an active Federal Civilian Public Trust clearance.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and Agile delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, or engineering.
• Excellent knowledge of SAFe governance, PI cadence, and ART management.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and federal government reporting requirements.

Nice to have

• SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification.
• Working knowledge of AWS GovCloud platform operations.
• Experience supporting VA OI&T governance.
