Salary: $93,979 - $136,173

What you will do

• Facilitate SAFe Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.
• Manage and prioritize Jira backlogs, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and velocity tracking.
• Identify and drive the removal of blockers, risks, and impediments for the engineering team.
• Produce sprint artifacts and reports for government stakeholders.
• Coach team members on Agile principles and continuous improvement.
• Monitor sprint performance against program management plans and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with at least 3 years of residency in the U.S.
• Must hold or be eligible for an active Federal Civilian Public Trust clearance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Agile delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of SAFe PI cadence and coordination.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian tooling.

• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification.
